Our school celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotism and pride. The celebration witnessed the active participation of students, teachers, NCCcadets, Scouts and Guides and members of all four school houses. The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The occasion also provided an opportunity to pay tribute to the brave freedom fighters and remember their sacrifices for the nation.
A special marching parade was conducted as part of the celebration. The NCC cadets, Scouts and Guides along with the school houses showcased remarkable discipline, coordination, confidence and team spirit. Their participation added dignity and grandeur to the occasion reflecting the values of unity and patriotism. The programme concluded with inspiring words from the school authorities encouraging students to grow into responsible citizens and contribute positively to the nation. The celebration was a memorable event that filled everyone with a deep sense of patriotic spirit, unity and pride in our country.




Our school celebrated Sanskrit Day with great enthusiasm, highlighting the richness, beauty and cultural significance of the Sanskrit language.The celebration aimed tocreate awareness among students about Sanskrit’s timeless contribution to Indian knowledge, literature, philosophy and culture. The programme began with a soulful Saraswati Vandana followed by a welcome address. Students showcased their talents through Sanskrit shlokas, songs, speeches, poems, dialogues and a short Sanskrit drama bringing the ancient language to life through their confident performances.
Adding to the spirit of learning a Sanskrit quiz and cultural presentation were organised giving students an enjoyable opportunity to explore and appreciate the language. The celebration concluded with an inspiring message encouraging students to learn, speak, respect and preserve Sanskrit as an important part of India’s rich heritage. The programme beautifully reminded everyone that preserving a language is also a way of preserving the knowledge, values and wisdom passed down through generations.


The students of Class IX enthusiastically participated in the “Science in Action” programme conducted at the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, Bengaluru, from 28 to 30 August 2026. The three-day programme provided students with an enriching opportunity to explore science beyond the classroom through interactive demonstrations, engaging experiments, informative exhibitions and hands-on activities. They witnessed the practical applications of scientific concepts, interacted with science educators and experts, and actively participated in various learning experiences. The programme sparked curiosity, encouraged scientific thinking, and inspired students to explore the fascinating world of science through observation, experimentation and discovery.
