Continuous Professional Development for all teachers has always been a regular feature at The Smart School. Teachers remain updated with relevant trends in learning and teaching strategies through webinars and workshops conducted by CBSE, Bangalore Sahodaya, ICSL (International Council for School Leadership), IIEM (Indian Institute of Education Management) and TTF (The Teacher Foundation), amongst many others. The School Innovation Ambassador program has also been taken up by selected 5 teachers of the school. In addition to the above, periodic in-house training sessions by fellow teachers are also conducted, according to the need of the hour.
